SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing LASHÒSOPHY for your lashing needs. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will normally be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once possession of your package has been passed on to the postal service. 


U.S. SHIPPING PRICING AND EXPECTED DURATION
Please note the following shipping times are estimated averages. Holidays and postal outages and customs processing may affect shipping times. All prices are in USD. Standard Shipping: $11 for two to five business days. Orders must be placed
before 1:00 PM PST in order to be shipped on the same day. 

Shipping times may be affected by retail and major holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing day, Christmas). Please allow for a reasonable delay. Customers who select expedited mail service will have their orders fulfilled in order of priority. 

*No orders will be shipped on Sunday. Orders placed after 11AM PST Saturday will ship on the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All prices are listed in USD
Standard Canadian Shipping: $11. Can take up two weeks to arrive depending on customs processing.
International Shipping: For orders from 0-$499.99 Carrier rates apply and are dependent of shipping address. International orders above USD$500 qualify for free shipping


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:

    • The customer is solely responsible for additional customs charges and/or fees. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
    • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
    • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
    • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
    • LASHÒSOPHY is not responsible for additional shipping cost for returned orders due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer upon checkout.

THE BEST GLUE EVER!!!

You created something incredible! Before that, I used another brand of adhesive and I was constantly allergic and my clients' eyelashes lasted a maximum of 2-3 weeks... A colleague recommended me to try this glue and now it's my favorite of all!

This is the best glue! It is convenient for both clients and masters, as it is hypoallergenic. And wearing eyelashes with it is perfect, I am delighted!
